BOOKING POLICY
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Same-Day Cancellations/Rescheduling
The full cost of the service will be charged to the card on file or must be settled before making any further appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. In this case, the original full-service fee will still apply.
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment for any full set or longer appointments, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit helps ensure that your spot is reserved and protects against cancellations and no-shows.

TRAINING POLICY
Course Enrolment
If you're ready to advance your lash skills, secure your place in any of our courses today! Should you be unable to find a date that suits you, please contact us, and we will endeavour to accommodate additional dates and times that fit your schedule.
Private 1:1 Training Reservation
To reserve your spot for private 1:1 training, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. This deposit secures your place in the course and is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, you may do so without any additional charges, provided you notify us at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No-Show Policy
Failing to attend the course without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee. We ask for your commitment and cooperation to ensure a smooth training experience for all participants.
Limitation of Liability
Blinking Beauty by Bella is not liable for any personal injury or any personal loss during course attendance unless caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Blinking Beauty by Bella.
Intellectual Property
The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Blinking Beauty by Bella unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued enrollment in our courses after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
